Sandy 3D Engine: A 3D library for Flash Applications
Aug
04
Sandy 3D Engine is a 3D library developed in Action Script designed to create impressive applications. This library is made to work with Flash, and this way enhance applications.
So far we’ve know how to make two dimensional applications using Flash, but integrating a third one seemed quite difficult. With this library we can render about 2000 to 5000 polygons, a decent number for an application of this kind. Here are some examples of what can be done using this library (click en the picture to go to the application).
To see more examples you can go to their webpage. There you’ll be also able to download the latest version of the library and start using it.
